Civil came into possession of a video footage where a citizen explicitly confirms that he and members of his family received 500 denar (EURO 8.-) to vote for a presidential candidate in the first round of the elections held on April 13, 2014. The identity of the citizens in this video is known to Civil; it is protected for obvious reasons.
