US President Joe Biden and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on Thursday discussed further action regarding on the Russian war against Ukraine, the White House said, writes MIA.
Biden had announced on Wednesday that he would discuss further sanctions against Moscow with the G7 partners.
The German government did not initially provide any information on the telephone call.
