NEWS OF THE DAY: Search in the SEC and tender documentation for software confiscated
The Basic Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime upon hearsay today entered in the State Election Commission (SEC) to determine if there is criminal action in implementing the tender for the procurement of the software of this institution, confirmed the Prosecutor’s Office for MIA.
They have not stressed whether the prosecutors are still present in the SEC, but have pointed out that the tender documentation was confiscated during the search, in order to determine whether the legal procedures have been respected.
