Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree on the provision of humanitarian aid to Turkey. According to Ukrinform, the decree to that effect, No. 61/2023, has been published on the website of the head of state.
The head of state ordered the provision of humanitarian aid to Turkey “in order to help overcome the consequences of the emergency situation in the Republic of Turkey that was caused by an earthquake, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Humanitarian Aid’.”
