The Prespa Agreement has resulted in cooperation in the energy sector, with North Macedonia becoming a country that leads the region in green energy investments, says Prime Minister Zoran Zaev.

“We intend to have a 10-percent share in the Alexandroupoli gas terminal, which is worth about EUR 400 million,” PM Zaev says in a Facebook post.

He adds there are opportunities for enhancement of economic relations with Greece in other areas too.

“These are perspectives for new jobs, high salaries and growth in bilateral trade,” notes Zaev.
