The MoI informs that one resident of the village of Ljubanci in Skopje has been detained, who was found with pieces of weapons and ammunition by the police today.
A police officer from the Unit of Illicit Trade in Drugs and Weapons within the Sector of Interior Skopje, has arrested D.C (62) from the village of Ljubanci. During a search in his home, carried with a court order, one gun of an unknown model and caliber was found and taken away, as well as one Carabine of an unknown model and caliber, 977 bullets of various caliber, three hunting cartridges and one rifle.
He was detained in a police station and after the case has been fully documented, appropriate charges will be filed against him under Article 396 of the Criminal Code.
