On August 9, an event was held at the Embassy of Ukraine for celebrating representatives of the business sector, financial sector, media, as well as of the Association of Ukrainians “Lesya Ukrainka” for providing assistance to Ukraine.
True friends of Ukraine were awarded with a certificate of appreciation from the Embassy of Ukraine for their personal principled position in regards to supporting Ukraine in the fight against the Russian aggression, as well as for the significant contribution in providing humanitarian aid for our country as a result of the Russian war against Ukraine.
Among the awarded was also the President of CIVIL, Xhabir Deralla, whom Ambassador Zadorozhnyuk presented with a certificate of appreciation for the efforts he and the organization are making in combatting Russian disinformation and propaganda during the brutal aggression against Ukraine.
On that occasion, Ambassador Natalia Zadorozhnyuk stated:
“We thank the sincere friends of Ukraine for the real practical help. Ukraine is fighting and will definitely win, together with your help, which is also necessary. We really do appreciate it. The truth is on our side. Together we will win.
