Due to the obstruction of the prosecutor and some of the defendants, the main hearing in the case “TNT” was rescheduled for December 22. which was to take place today, informs the Basic Criminal Court Skopje, Sloboden Pecat informs.

– The main hearing on the case with KOK no. 53/17, from the prosecution marked as “TNT”, scheduled for 14.12.2021 is rescheduled due to inability of the prosecutor and some of the defendants to attend the trial for health reasons, said the Basic Criminal Court Skopje.

The next date for resumption of the main hearing, as pointed out by the Court, is on December 22 at 10:00, for which, as they say, the parties in the procedure have already been notified.

The “TNT” case refers to the demolition of the “Cosmos” complex of the investor Fiat Canovski.

Several people have been charged, including former Minister of Transport and Communications Mile Janakieski and then-Mayor of Gazi Baba Municipality Toni Trajkovski, while former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski is being tried in absentia.
