It is not true that Zaev had been excluded from Merkel’s protocol and that Macedonia is humiliated and excluded from the Open Balkans Initiative and from the process for integration in the European Union, writes “Truthmeter” in the new analysis.. This finding coincides with the conclusions that CIVIL Media published in the text“False and malicious publication about the meeting of Zaev and Merkel” of September 15.
Truthmeter reviews the post on Facebook of “MK Denes” that euphorically and bombastically announces a “scandal” and (dis)informs that the Macedonian Prime Minister had been excluded from the protocol of German Chancellor Angela Merkel. The post is viral and sharedquite a bit, conclude the fact checkers of this organization.
The post is accompanied with a text in which a series of disinformation have been made related to Merkel’s visit to Albania and her farewell meeting with the leaders of the Western Balkans, is said, among else, in the analyses of “Truthmeter”.
“From all of this, we can conclude that the post that we are reviewing spreads disinformation that Zaev had been excluded from Merlkel’s protocol and that Macedonia is humiliated and excluded from the Open Balkans Initiative and from the process of integration in the European Union”, writes “Truthmeter”.
The conclusions coincide with the findings of the monitoring team of CIVIL Media, which were presented in the text published 4 days ago titled “False and malicious publication about the meeting of Zaev and Merkel”
“Fake news and disinformation is yesterday’s post of the portal mkdenes.mk and the Facebook status of the leader of Macedonian Concept, Petar Bogojeski, that the Prime Minister of the Republic of North Macedonia, Zoran Zaev, is excluded from the protocol of the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Angela Merkel, who today arrived in a one-day working visit to Tirana”, is written in the text of CIVIL Media.
This article was a reason for a denial sent to CIVIL Media by Bogojeski, who published the disputed content with his own comment on his Facebook profile.
