Three civilians killed in Donetsk region

Three civilians were killed and two more were wounded in Russian shelling of Donetsk region on September 6. Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, said in a Facebook post, Ukrinform reports.

“On September 6, Russians killed three civilians in Donetsk region: in Heorhivka, Krasnohorivka and Paraskoviivka. Two more people were wounded,” he wrote.

Overall, a total of 803 civilians have been killed and 2,023 injured in Donetsk region since the full-scale invasion.

The regional governor noted that it is currently impossible to determine the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha.

Kyrylenko also emphasized that every war criminal will be brought to justice.

The Russian forces struck Kramatorsk city of Donetsk region with missiles, destroying and damaging premises of a psychiatric hospital.

The Kramatorsk City Council wrote this on Telegram and published a relevant video from the scene.

“On September 7, at around 4 o’clock in the morning, the Russians launched a missile strike on Kramatorsk. The premises of the psychiatric hospital were damaged and destroyed. Russia continues its cynical attacks on civilian infrastructure. No casualties were reported. Utility services are working on the scene,” the report says.

The Russian forces shelled Dnipropetrovsk region twice overnight.

Valentyn Reznichenko, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, said in a Telegram post.

“The night with one air raid alert and two attacks… The enemy targeted the Nikopol district. It came under Grad, mortars and heavy artillery shelling. The enemy hit Nikopol and the Marhanets community,” he wrote.
