“CIVIL is one of those partners that with the Foundation, not only grantees but also partners in many struggles and fights, have survived or have together won or lost them, and we go back a long way with a long cooperation, precisely 20 years.
I was thinking about the topic “Between hopes and reality” and here on the list of hopes in terms of civil society there were many things, as well as on the list of reality, so I will skip to the achievements, challenges and perspectives.
Civil society overall, not just NGOs, in the past 20 years has showed serious maturity, agility and commitment in what is their indigenous mission and vision and it has shown this in several key and critical developments points of our country.
