Government of the Republic of North Macedonia at its regular session, which was held via video conference, decided that the beginning of the second semester of the school year for the primary and secondary schools to be postponed, i.e. the classes with physical presence to continue on February 1, in accordance with the conclusion of the Coordination Crisis Headquarters for COVID-19 and in accordance with the epidemiological information that the country is at the peak of the infection.
The decision to extend the second semester on February 1 will not affect the end of the school year and it will end on June 10 as provided in the calendar for the primary and secondary education program, with appropriate adaptation of the curriculum.
