State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) in accordance with the plan for checking the property situation in 2022, it will check the data from the property statements of 10 judges and 10 prosecutors, 10 directors of public health institutions, four managers in the state inspectorates for transport, construction and urban planning, environment and for agriculture.
For the first time, the statements of 10 presidents of local self-government councils and 10 directors of public enterprises will be checked.
An integral part of the plan, informs the president of the SCPC, Biljana Ivanovska, is also an action plan for checking the immoral situation and conflict of interests in the field of judiciary, local self-government and executive bodies.
According to Ivanovska, these areas have been assessed in recent years as risky in terms of citizens’ perceptions in various polls or their experiences of corrupt practices.
