As part of the Conference of CIVIL “Perspectives 2022″, a panel discussion”One Society for All – Present and Perspectives” will be held on Wednesday, December 15, in Skopje.
How’s the situation with the implementation of the Strategy “One society for all”? Where do we see progress, and what are the weaknesses? What are the expectations, recommendations and predictions for next year? The participants in this part of the conference will talk about the achievements and challenges so far in the areas in which they operate, as well as what should be done and the expectations on the implementation of this concept in 2022.
The speakers of the event are:
- Robert Alagjozovski – National coordinator for interculturalism, one society, cultural development and interministerial cooperation in the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia
- Xhelal Hodzic – Deputy Director. Agency for Exercising the Rights of Communities (ACRR).
- Eli Chakar – State Adviser in the Ministry of Local Self-Government
- Marina Tuneva – Executive Director of the Council for Media Ethics in North Macedonia
- Lulzim Hazirim – Executive Director of the civil society organization ADI from Gostivar
- Xhabir Deralla – President of CIVIL – Centre for Freedom
Within the framework of the discussion, several state officials will speak on this topic through video addresses: President Stevo Pendarovski, Ombudsman Naser Ziberi, President of the Commission for Prevention and Protection against Discrimination Vesna Bendevska, Minister of Education Mila Carovska, Minister of Labour and Social Policy, Jagoda Shahpaska, and Minister of Justice Bojan Marichikj.
The panel discussion will last for 90 minutes, and will take place in a combined format – with physical presence and online via Zoom Platform. After the statements, there will be a discussion with panelists and conference participants, and the online community will have the opportunity to comment and ask questions. The whole event will be broadcasted live through the online platforms of CIVIL Media.
