The Special Prosecutor’s Office announced that Basic Court Skopje 1 has brought a decision with which a temporary measure for freezing the property of VMRO-DPMNE has been issued. With this decision, 69 real estate properties of the party are frozen, including the headquarters of VMRO-DPMNE.
“This measure prohibits the alienation of the specific property, as well as its leasing. The actions have been taken within the framework of the “Talir” case, having in consideration that there is a possibility for the same property to be alienated until the completion of the procedure”, is said in the announcement of the SPO.
Minister of Justice, Renata Deskoska, said that there must not be amnesty for the violence that took place in the Parliament on April 27 last year. According to her, it’s about events that have left not only personal, but also trauma in the entire society.
The newly elected coordinator of the VMRO-DPMNE parliamentary group, Nikola Micevski, said that the party will act as one parliamentary group, because with the existence of several they have encountered lack of respect of the rules of procedures.
The Operational Technical Agency (OTA), as of today has officially started working with full capacity, according to the positive legal regulations, informed Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Oliver Spasovski, and the Director of OTA, Zoran Angelovski, at today’s joint press conference, in accordance with the report and recommendations of the working group of Reinhard Priebe. OTA is created and will function as a professional agency, a completely independent body, for which, as Angelovski stressed, there are no influences neither from the government, nor the opposition.
