Putin’s Russian regime has consciously chosen a genocidal and criminal method for the realization of its plan, with armed aggression against Ukraine, to carry out terror and destruction of the civilian population, as well as the infrastructural facilities of Ukraine that it cannot conquer.
The collapse of the military plans of the putin regime in 2022 and 2023, the significant military losses of the occupiers in Ukraine, as well as the need for some time to restore and accumulate russian military forces for another large-scale attack, led to the transition of the kremlin, in addition to combat operations on the front line, to purely terrorist methods of aggression against the civilian population and infrastructure facilities of Ukraine.
The specified terrorist “new method of war” is implemented through intensive air and artillery attacks on the civilian population and infrastructure facilities of Ukraine with the use of missile weapons, including with the involvement of strategic aviation and the russian navy, massive UAV attacks, the use of high-power gliding bombs, as well as the entire spectrum of operational-tactical and other weapons within the reach of Ukrainian cities and villages.
The cities and villages of Ukraine and their residents who are directly in the area of hostilities or close to the state border of Ukraine with the russian federation and, potentially, with the republic of belarus, are in the greatest danger. The city of Kharkiv and settlements in Kherson, Kharkiv, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk and Donetsk regions are subjected to continuous indiscriminate and deadly shelling, resulting in daily deaths of Ukrainian civilians and destruction of infrastructure.
In addition, since the end of 2023, putin’s regime has chosen the criminal “methodology” of scaling aerial terror to other regions and cities of Ukraine through the massive use of cruise and other missiles, including “Iskander” and “Kinzhal” ballistic missiles previously intended for “world wars”. The tragic consequences of their use for the people of Ukraine have already manifested themselves in the cities of Kyiv, Lviv, Khmelnytskyi, Kryvyi Rih, Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv, Odesa, and in other cities practically throughout the territory of Ukraine, even near Ukraine’s western borders with NATO countries.
Thus, against civilian citizens of Ukraine, including women and children, as well as the vital infrastructure of society, due to the practical inaction of the UN and other international organizations, serious war crimes are committed daily on the orders of the top of the putin regime, which seems to be confident of its impunity and brazenly ignores both human morality and the norms of international law.
The large-scale criminal russian terror against the civilian population and infrastructure facilities of Ukraine is accompanied by dirty russian provocations aimed at “justifying” the war crimes of russia.
The essence of putin’s regime and, accordingly, the actions of the so-called “russian servicemen” against Ukraine is an attempt to hide, distort, falsify and vilely “accuse” the victim of the attack of their own war crimes. Since putin’s regime in the russian federation is, in fact, the successor of the repressive russian special service FSB, which “absorbed” all the worst and most terrible, from a normal human point of view, from its predecessors, the NKVD and the KGB of the USSR, the methods of provocations against Ukraine are characterized by vileness and inhumane cruelty.
Among such provocations, which, according to the Kremlin, are supposed to “justify” the daily brutal killing of Ukrainian citizens and the destruction of Ukrainian cities and villages, are the so-called “Ukrainian shellings” of the civilian sector of the cities and towns of the TOT of Ukraine and even the civilian population on the territory of the russian federation, in particular in the cities of Belgorod and Voronezh. The most terrible recent provocations are the alleged “Ukrainian shellings” with civilian casualties in Donetsk, Lysychansk and the russian city of Belgorod, which for some reason “strangely” coincided with mass shelling of Ukrainian cities and towns. Thus, the population of russian regions, primarily in the border areas, which are saturated with military facilities of the russian federation, from which constant criminal shelling of Ukraine is carried out, must understand the full responsibility for the consequences of these actions of the putin regime.
In addition, the authorities of the russian federation are trying to present their own negligence and greed in the field of housing and communal services with the suspension of water supply, electricity supply and heating in winter for the russian population, even in the Moscow metropolitan area, as alleged actions of some alleged Ukrainian “saboteurs”.
A characteristic feature of all these russian provocations is the immediate noisy anti-Ukrainian propaganda of the kremlin in international organizations, among the so-called “human rights defenders” and in russian and foreign commercial media, which is accompanied by streams of falsifications and threats, as well as the alleged so-called “retaliatory measures”, which are actually planned terror against the civilian population and infrastructure facilities of Ukraine.
