CIVIL has come across audio testimonies on vote buying in Demir Hisar. Vote buying is part of several other reports of other observers as well. Currently, other reports on bribery of voters from several other municipalities are being verified. Obviously, bribery is gaining momentum in the second part of today’s electoral silence.
CIVIL strongly demands a stop to vote buying and an urgent intervention of competent institutions in order to save the election process, that is, the will of the citizens to be respected according to their fundamental right to vote.
CIVIL – Center for Freedom has received over 30 new reports from observers located throughout the country and over 50 calls and messages of citizens informing on pressures and blackmail, violation of the electoral silence, along with claims of bribery of voters. Citizen journalists are diligently recording everything that is happening around the country.
