Spiro Ristovski, sentenced to six years and three months in prison by the Criminal Court Skopje in the case “Organizers of April 27”, is released from house arrest. According to the latest decision of the Criminal Court, a real estate guarantee has been accepted for the convicted Ristovski, and once it is registered in the cadaster, the decision for abolishing the measure house arrest will enter into force.
The case “Organizers of April 27” is in the Skopje Court of Appeal, which is to hold a public session and to rule on the appeals of the parties.
