You had difficulties with your name, which was resolved.You had problems with your language, which has also been resolved and following the agreement with NATO I am sure that very soon you will have the opportunity to start formal talks with the European Union, stated former EU High Representative Javier Solana in a video address at the conference “Beyond Ohrid” on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the signing of the Framework Agreement.
“I am pleased to have the opportunity to celebrate with you the 20th anniversary of the Ohrid Framework Agreement. That agreement meant a lot for you and your people, but also is very important to me. It was the start of a journey of cooperation between different peoples of the country”, outlined Solana at the conference “Beyond Ohrid”.
He pointed out that he was and remains “a very good friend” of our country and that if we ever need something from a friend “not to hesitate to contact me”
“I wish North Macedonia much luck”, said Solana.
