(SELECTION) Albanian media: The US demands implementation of agreements between Serbia and Kosovo; Specialized Prosecutor’s Office releases names of killed and missing victims; Biden invites Osmani to the Summit for Democracy

The US assess the agreement on the implementation of the European plan as crucial in regards to the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia, and the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office in the case against Thaci and others lists the names of some of the killed and missing victims. In today’s focus of Albanian media in the region, in addition to the above-mentioned topics, the Editorial Office of CIVIL Media has selected a few more for today’s edition of AL-Press.

“The United States has said that the agreement on the road map for the implementation of the European plan is crucial for the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia, while progress towards establishing the Association of municipalities with Serb majority is crucial for building the future of Kosovo”, reports Kosovo state media RTK.

Koha: The Thaci and others case, the Special Court releases names of victims for which there are claims to have been killed and missing

“The Specialized Prosecutor’s Office (SPO) has submitted a less edited public version of the supplemented indictment for the case against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi, where names are listed of some of the victims for whom there are claims to have been killed, and for some others for whom there are claims to have disappeared forcibly”, reports Kosovo daily Koha.

Klankosova: Biden invites Osmani to the Summit for Democracy

The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has received an invitation from US President Joe Biden to participate in the Second Summit for Democracy.

According to the invitation, in addition to the speech she will have together with heads of other states according to last year’s format, President Osmani has been chosen from among ten leaders who will be main speakers at the plenary session at which the role of democracy in creating stable institutions will be chosen”, announces the Presidency, reports Klankosova.

RTSH: “McGonigal” in the Assembly, MPs will debate for 24 hours with Prime Minister Rama

“The Assembly will return to the ‘McGonigal’ issue, where the opposition MPs will have the opportunity to debate with Prime Minister Edi Rama.

The presence of the head of the government was also confirmed several days ago by the head of the SP parliamentary group Taulant Bala”, reported the state Albanian media RTSH.
