SYRI NET: “The courts in Kosovo are not so politicized as they are dependent”
“Honestly, I don’t see that much of a danger fromthe politicization of the (“independent”) institutions of Kosovo (as it is a phenomenon that has followed almost all post-socialist countries!), as much as from the partisanship and (especially!) their clanization! We say so, because the “tradition” of clanization and partisanship, as a direction and as an old socio-political experience, has proven an interesting sociological fact. The one about the delay of the reconstruction of new democratic institutions, during the time of the process of building the state. Because in most of the post-socialist countries there is more evidence of a culture of criminal behavior than of a democratic experience…”, writes Fadil Maloku in the column “The courts in Kosovo are not so politicized as they are dependent”.
