The State Election Commission held its 38th session, at which it decided on the submitted complaints by the list submitters and a draft amendment to the conclusion for reporting the final results in several municipalities.

A total of 15 complaints were submitted to the State Election Commission by DUI – five, TMRO – seven and Enver Pajaziti Group of voters – three.

The SEC reviewed the complaints, and the seven complaints of TMRO in Staro Nagoricane were rejected, with the explanation that according to Article 148 of the Electoral Code they were not submitted through an authorized representative or in person to the SEC archives. They were submitted to the Municipal Election Commissions, which is contrary to the Electoral Code, and at the same time they were not signed by an authorized representative.

After three complaints were filed by the Democratic Union for Integration for the Municipality of Studenicani, for protection of the right to vote on the submitters, with the explanation that the number of voters does not match the total number of ballots, the SEC decided to open the material based on Article 147. item 10, to see the factual situation.

Explaining that the objections were unfounded, the members of the Commission unanimously voted that the three objections of DUI were rejected.

The political party DUI also filed two complaints against the Municipality of Zelino, explaining that the fingerprints do not match the number of voters and that a citizen voted with an invalid ID card.

Pursuant to Article 148, paragraph 3, the SEC unanimously decided to open the ballot box in order to determine whether the citizen voted with an invalid ID card at the polling station 2107, and then to determine the irregularities in the voting with a fingerprint. In order to determine whether there were any irregularities, the Commission requested that the MEC from Zelino submit special forms to the voter lists with decisions for registration of a special voting right.

After the withdrawal of the objections by SDSM and VMRO-DPMNE for the election results in the second round in several municipalities, the President of the SEC, Aleksandar Dashtevski announced the final results in Konce – Zlatko Ristov from VMRO-DPMNE, Kocani – Ljupco Papazov from VMRO-DPMNE , Probistip – Dragan Anastasov from SDSM, Cheshinovo-Obleshevo – Dalibor Angelov from SDSM, Suto Orizari – Kurto Dudush from LDP / DOM.

The session of the State Election Commission is still ongoing. The complaints of the group of voters Enver Pajazi about Brvenica are being considered.
