SEC adopts changes to guidelines for ballots – those without a stamp will also be valid

The State Election Commission at today’s session (26 October) voted on amending the guidelines for valid and invalid ballots, adopted on March 3, 2020.

According to the decision of the SEC, the changes are in that in paragraph 7 of the Guidelines, the provision according to which there should be a stamp on the front side of the ballot is deleted.

The amendment to the Guidelines is passed just 5 days before the day of the voting of the second round of local elections.
