SDSM unanimously decided the party president Zoran Zaev and Prime Minister to postpone his resignation indefinitely. This was announced tonight by Pero Kostadinov, member of the Executive Board of the party, after the sessions of the highest bodies of SDSM.
– I want to inform you that a fruitful and democratic discussion was opened in which the members of the Central Committee, having in mind the developments in the country and the momentum in which Northern Macedonia is in this period, which is very crucial for the processes to follow, unanimously decided the president and the prime minister to postpone the item for some time until these processes are normalized, Kostadinov said.
He added:
– I should not emphasize that the state, after many years of regime, continues and builds on European values, on true libertarian values. This is a free country in which the principles of unity, the principles of coexistence are our key guide and that is why SDSM is correcting itself at the height of that task and the next period will work exclusively in the interests of citizens and the possibility that lies before us, the country to fall into a new crisis and to be put in some retrograde processes, said Kostadinov.
