Within the project “Open Balkans”, Edi Rama welcomed the President of Serbia to dinner Aleksandar Vuќi. in the fish restaurant “Gjerjgj Luca” in Elbasan.
The Prime Minister of Northern Macedonia is also present at this dinner Zoran Zaev. This is the welcome dinner organized by Rama in honor of Vucic and Zaev.

On Tuesday, December 21, at 9 am, the Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama, the Prime Minister of Northern Macedonia Zoran Zaev and the Serbian President Aleksandar Vuќi ќе will discuss the next steps of this project at the Palace of Brigades in Tirana.
As Top Channel informs, Five agreements will be discussed and approved at a meeting in the Open Balkans, reports Free Press.
They are:
1-Common and free labor market between Albania, Serbia and Northern Macedonia.
2-Establishment of a joint scheme for electronic interconnection for the citizens of the Western Balkans.
3-Intergovernmental Agreement between Albania, Serbia and Northern Macedonia for Cooperation in the Field of Veterinary Medicine, Food Safety and Phytosanitary in the Western Balkans.
4-Albania-Serbia Agreement on Mutual Recognition of the Economic Security Operator (AEOS).
5-Albania-Northern Macedonia, Agreement on Mutual Recognition of the Economic Security Operator (AEOS).
It is also planned to hold a Regional Forum for Agriculture and Regional Cooperation. The conclusions of this Open Balkan Meeting will be announced by Prime Minister Edi Rama, Prime Minister of Northern Macedonia Zoran Zaev and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on Tuesday at around 13:00.
