The twelfth Pride Parade was held in Tirana yesterday under the motto “Every color, one family” (Çdo ngjyrë një familje).
This is a continuation of the efforts of the LGBTI community and human rights activists in Albania who advocate for equality and fight against discrimination and mistreatment of members of this community.
During the past period, the LGBTI community was faced with hate speech and counter-protest during yesterday, but today’s events passed peacefully and without incident.
