President Stevo Pendarovski, today, will receive the President of the Republic of Albania, Ilir Meta, who is visiting the Republic of Northern Macedonia.

According to the President’s Office, the meeting will be held in the office of the head of state.

President Meta is on a working visit to the country at the invitation of The Institute for Spiritual and Cultural Heritage of the Albanians. As announced by this public national institution, Meta in Skopje in the premises of the Institute, today, should hold Lecture on “Albanians in the New Millennium – Challenges and Perspectives”.

The Albanian President together with the delegation of Gonxha Bojaxhiu’s Legacy Department – Mother Teresa At the Institute, they will lay flowers at the memorial – the plaque where Gonxha Bojaxhiu’s house was located on the square in Skopje. 

The Ministry of Interior informs that due to the visit of the Albanian President Meta, during the three days of his stay, they will be taken over measures for special traffic regime on the roads in the wider central area of ​​Skopje.

SIA Skopje appeals to all citizens participating in the traffic to obey the orders of the uniformed police officers.
