President Stevo Pendarovski is set to deliver his annual address to Parliament on Wednesday.
This will be Pendarovski’s second annual address in the legislative house since he took office in May 2019, and a first one before the Parliament’s new composition.
According to Article 85 of the Constitution, the President informs the Parliament on issues within his competence at least once a year. The Parliament may request the President’s opinion on issues within its competence.
