Police continue to identify people involved in the Public Room online harassment case, Interior Minister Oliver Spasovski said Thursday.
So far, two men were arrested for their involvement.
“Four other men have been charged and we continue to identify others that were members of the group chat,” Spasovski told reporters after visiting the Idrizovo Training Center in Skopje.
Videos and photos of women and girls, some of them underage, were shared in the Public Room group chat on the Telegram app, where also their personal data were revealed.
Last Friday, the Skopje Criminal Court said that two men, whose initials were revealed as D.K. and M.P, suspected of distributing child pornography, were ordered 30-day detention after being considered flight risk and at risk to tamper with witnesses.
