Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski said Wednesday heating plant “Skopje Sever” and Power Plants of North Macedonia (ESM) are set to complete the negotiations today and sign a cooperation agreement, according to which ESM will take over the plant management and provide heating to clients, informs MIA.
“The agreement ensures the heating of citizens in the Skopje municipalities of Chair and Butel but also institutions, kindergartens and schools,” PM Kovachevski told reporters. Earlier, ESM said the delivery of heating energy runs smoothly and will continue so into the coming period, adding that natural gas is provided from “Makpetrol prom – gas” and heating energy from “TE-TO” for the month of December.
