Minister of Foreign Affairs Bujar Osmani in his capacity as current OSCE chairman voiced concern about the Serbian military build-up near the Kosovo border, writes news agency MIA.
FM Osmani wrote on his social media that he had contacted Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic to express this concern.
He also wrote that he welcomed a statement about withdrawal as the first step to de-escalation and he welcomed NATO’s decision for additional KFOR troops.
“OSCE present & ready to assist to reduce tensions & return to dipl.table,” he wrote on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.
