Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani, upon his request, held a videoconference call with Portuguese Minister of State and Foreign Minister Augusto Santos Silva, whose country holds EU Council presidency.
In addition to bilateral relations, the two discussed North Macedonia’s European dossier, especially the possibility on opening accession talks with the country during Portuguese presidency, Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press release.
Osmani, the press release said, welcomed the determination and continuous commitment of the Portuguese EU Council presidency for the European agenda of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Western Balkans.
