Ordanoski: The diversity of the workplace absolutely contributes to the well-being of every business

“There are rules in business that are different from ordinary living. There is a rule in business that business exists to make money. Employees are mostly chosen whether the role will be fulfilled to fill the job and whether the employee will be a good worker,” said Vancho Ordanoski, business owner in the IT sector at a CIVIL public event on “Can we together?

Ethnicity and culture are still in second place. However, I believe that diversity in the workplace absolutely contributes to the well-being of any business. That mixing of cultures, different lifestyles only enriches the work environment and everyone learns from each other because each culture has something specific to them. I have felt with co-workers from abroad that this difference enriches the work, makes the work easier and richer for some experiences. In business, however, work must be done, that is a basic criterion, but businesses that are multiethnic are financially better off and people are more efficient in their work. For example, the young director of Google, he is Indian because he was an ability and no one saw the color of his skin. For diversity, for example, the CEO of Apple is gay, he talks about it openly, and again he is the one after Steve Jobs and raised the value of Apple by 3 billion dollars.

All large companies must take measures to improve the diversity of their company, which contributes to the situation, the atmosphere and how the company is facing the world. In addition to internal well-being, the company projects a state of diversity of infinity and prosperity, which helps the company do business.

At inforpekt, we deal with software development of large companies. It still hasn’t happened for us to make a  software that is not multilingual. And my company strives to be in that trend of diversity, of embracing that culture that will be easier for consumers to use.”
