At polling station 1016, Kumanovo, in the building of the Public Enterprise Water Supply, there is obstruction of CIVIL’s observer, namely, additional documents for identification were demanded and is obstructed in the work – is denied access to the polling station, while the small physical space and covid protocols are indicated as a reason.
The President of the Election Board made unnecessary additional checking of the documents of the observer and consulted with the Municipal Election Commission.
Election irregularities such as pressure, vote-buying, abuses, problems with the Voters List, violation of election silence, hate speech, that is, everything that citizens believe is not in accordance to their understanding of free, fair and democratic elections, can be reported to CIVIL.
