Economy Minister Kreshnik Bekteshi and Greek Minister of Environment and Energy Kostas Skrekas will sign Friday an agreement on the development of a natural gas interconnection between the two countries, MIA reports from Athens.
Minister Bekteshi is part of the delegation led by Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, who is taking part at the two-day conference organized by “The Economist”.

In the framework of the “25th Roundtable with the Government of Greece”, PM Zaev and Albanian and Kosovo counterparts, Edi Rama and Albin Kurti respectively, will discuss the enhancement of cooperation and solidarity in Southeast Europe, EU enlargement, trade and investments, as well as initiatives for peace and better understanding.
The panel will also include former Croatian president Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, former European commissioner Anna Diamantopoulou, former Greek foreign minister George Katrougkalos, and former White House chief of staff Reince Priebus.
The roundtable, themed “From Social Distancing to Social Solidarity”, brings together senior European Commission officials, European commissioners, current and former ministers from Europe and Greece etc.
