The Macedonia2025 Summit will take place in a hybrid format for the first time via the virtual venue Hopin on Dec. 1-3. In its ninth year, the gathering will consider the post-Covid-19 recovery of the economy, according to organizers.
Vera Stavroff, Chair of the Board of Directors at Macedonia2025 and Nikica Mojsoska Blazhevski, CEO at Macedonia2025 are to deliver Tuesday welcoming remarks at the summit.
PM Zoran Zaev, EU Ambassador David Geer and US Ambassador Kate Marie Byrnes are set to address the panel on “The World in Crisis-Mode: Economic Reforms and Global Relations in SEE.”
“The premier regional gathering that serves as a platform for sharing knowledge, connecting organizations and inspiring change in Southeast Europe,” according to Macedonia2025, will feature business talks by “some of the greatest minds in business, science, and technology.”
Speakers include Andrew Peykoff, the owner of Niagara Bottling, the largest family-owned bottled water company in the United States; Susan Niczowski, a Canadian entrepreneur of Macedonian descent who founded The Summer Fresh Salads Inc. company; and Hardy Pemhiwa, CEO of Econet Global Limited.
Organizers expect an audience of 400 high representatives of institutions and organizations, diplomats, executive directors, entrepreneurs, academia members and young leaders.
In addition, there will be several one-on-one interviews, engaging business talks, as well as opportunities for digital networking through our online conference platform. The Summit also features a special event with President Stevo Pendarovski under the name ‘The President and Macedonia’s Stellar Youth on Innovations and Coding’.
