This propaganda is flexible, aggressive, and highly targeted. „Ukrainian journalists continue their work despite burnout, despite destroyed infrastructure, and despite a shrinking workforce. Supporting these media outlets is not just charity — it is a strategic investment in democracy. We must strengthen the capacity of journalists to survive the war and remain in the profession. As I mentioned, we have built a network of hubs for journalists — a model that has been successfully used in other war-affected countries, such as Palestine“, pointed Kusch.
We must also support civil society as a full partner in national resistance. Civil society is the nervous system of our country. And finally, I would like to emphasize the unique and powerful phenomenon of citizen journalism in Ukraine.
