“North Macedonia is in a delicate phase of its European integration path. In both the previous and the current mandate, the Government shows openness to the public and the civil society, and these days mark the 100th day of the Government in the new mandate. This conference will open the main issues in the field of law and justice, as well as in the fight against corruption. At the same time, with this conference, we will make an effort to start a relevant discussion on these issues in the public, despite the current daily political and narrow-party tricks on social networks. These are topics that must be discussed openly, with tact and with a strategic and professional approach, not with populism, inherent in some of the political parties in the country “- said the organizing team of CIVIL.
The event is organized within the frames of The Freedom Festival (November 25 – December 11), and on the eve of the International Human Rights Day (December 10), by CIVIL. The festival period also includes the International Day of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (December 3) and the International Anti-Corruption Day (December 9).
