“Every time they are caught with their hands in the cookie jar, Hristijan Mickoski and VMRO-DPMNE,  spread  fake news in the hope of covering up the scandal with the 136 million euro tender,” said SDSM, after NetPress reported, and then several media published the same content, about an alleged meeting between Skopje Mayor Danela Arsovska with SDSM Secretary General Mile Zechevic and Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski.

“The problem is bigger for them this time, because they caught themselves, quarreled over money and a tender worth 136 million euros, and the institutions are already investigating the case. Don’t let the mayor Mickoski hide behind lies. There were no meetings between Kovachevski and Zecevic with their candidate and then elected mayor Danela Arsovska. Zechevic and Kovachevski did not meet with Arsovska on Thursday, nor ever before. Panic on the Bounty ship,” reads the statement of SDSM.

The ruling party emphasizes that this behavior of VMRO-DPMNE and Mickoski is quite desperate, caught red-handed.
