– I would agree that our country needs policies of positive discrimination, but positive discrimination must not grow into what is called pure discrimination. The right to equitable and adequate representation stems from the Framework Agreement, and that principle is very important for our society because we have not reached that point in 70 years and I would not underestimate it.
