North Macedonia has enough vaccines and the immunization process in the country is going well. In a relatively short period of time, a lot of at-risk citizens have been vaccinated, the Ministry of Health said in a press release on Friday.
It called on citizens to make use of walk-in vaccination, adding that jabs are available to all.
“Vaccines lower the risk of coronavirus-related complications and deaths. To reach the goal, it’s crucial that as many people as possible get inoculated,” the press release read.
The Health Ministry noted that 58% of the population over 70 have received at least one dose of the anti-COVID vaccines, as well as 55% of those over 65, 50% of those over 60 and 40% of people over the age of 50.
