The Government adopted Tuesday the draft-amendments to the Law on Construction and will forward it to the Parliament for expedited procedure, writes MIA.
The amendments create the conditions for swift setup of photovoltaic power plants, the Government said in a press release.
Photovoltaic plants of up to 6KW can be mounted at homes and up to 40MW by consumers-producers.
The new law envisages simplification of procedures for citizens, eliminating the requirement for a municipal permit to set up a photovoltaic plant.
