Give Me Five for a Better Future! – Regional online conference of Green CIVIL

Green CIVIL will hold a regional online conference titled “Give Me Five for a Better Future!” on Thursday, May 29, starting at 12.00 pm, which will be attended by representatives, experts and civic activists from the region. The Conference will be broadcast live on CIVIL’s YouTube and Facebook profiles.

Under the slogan “Give Me Five!”, this event is dedicated to raising public awareness and promoting dialogue on sustainability and circular economy practices. Inspiring presentations on best practices and innovative ideas about the application of a circular economy will be made by speakers from partner organizations from the region, part of the LogEx initiative: The Balkan Forum (Kosovo), CIVIL / Green CIVIL (North Macedonia), Build Green Group (Albania), CENER 21, (Bosnia and Herzegovina), as well as speakers from CIVIL / Green CIVIL and organizations from North Macedonia.

Green CIVIL – an organizational unit of CIVIL – Center for Freedom – has started the Circular Economy Week with media contributions featuring educational texts and examples of business models based on the five basic principles of the circular economy: Rethink, Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, and Recyclе.

LogEx are: The Balkan Forum (Kosovo), CIVIL / Green CIVIL (North Macedonia), Build Green Group (Albania), CENER 21, COD Jajce (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Universum International College (Kosovo), Zero Waste Montenegro (Montenegro), YIHR Serbia (Serbia).


This content is part of the GREEN CIVIL project “Give Me Five!”, carried out within the framework of the Western Balkans Circular Economy Week (May 26 – June 1, 2025), under the motto “From Local Fixes to Regional Impact.”
The initiative is implemented by the regional network LogEx, of which CIVIL is a member. The network was launched by the respected Kosovo-based think tank The Balkan Forum, with the generous support of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund (USA).
