The Armed Forces of Ukraine killed about 41,350 Russian soldiers between February 24 and August 3, including 180 in the past day alone. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a Facebook post, according to Ukrinform.
Ukrainian defenders also destroyed 1,774 (+6) tanks, 4,022 (+8) armored fighting vehicles, 939 (+3) artillery systems, 259 (+0) multiple launch rocket systems, 118 (+1) anti-aircraft warfare systems, 223 (+0) warplanes, 191 (+1) helicopters, 740 (+1) operational and tactical level UAVs, 180 (+6) cruise missiles, 15 (+0) warships/cutters, 2,922 (+8) other vehicles and tanker trucks, and 83 (+1) pieces of special equipment.
The Russian troops suffered the greatest losses in the past day in the Bakhmut and Donetsk directions, the General Staff said.
