So far, there is no indication that the anti-virus measures should be tightened. Intensive analyzes of the type of virus are still being made, and the UK variant of the coronavirus has been detected, Minister of Health Venko Filipche said Tuesday.
He noted that he met on Monday with the British ambassador and they exchanged views related to new COVID-19 strain that emerged in the Great Britain and the taken measures.
“For now, we believe that there is no need to change the measures that are in place now,” Filipche told reporters after visiting the “Bit Pazar” polyclinic, where the COVID-19 vaccines will be stored.
