At a government session Tuesday, state attorney Fehmi Stafa was relieved of his duties after he tendered his resignation, government sources confirmed for MIA.

Stafa was appointed state attorney by the government on August 22, 2018.

According to a press release from the State Attorney’s Office, Stafa is leaving his post at his own request and cited personal reasons for his resignation.
