The electronic application for the 2021 Census does not work in the Turkish language, and in the selection of regional instructors and regional enumerators, the ethnic structure is not observed, that is, there are a total of 73 regional enumerators from the Turkish people in the RNM less than the anticipated, reacts the National Coordination Body for the Census of the Turkish People in the Republic of North Macedonia.
– We – the National Coordination Body for the Census of the Turkish People in the RNM, as the largest body that conveys the views of the Turkish People in the RNM, expect for the above-mentioned remarks to be solved in the shortest possible time, in order for the census to continue in a positive direction, is said in the written reaction that was sent today by this national coordination body.
The remarks, is said in the statement, have been sent to the Director of the State Statistical Office, Apostol Simovski, the Deputy Director of the State Statistical Office, Ilim Selami, Minister of Justice Bojan Maricic and to Deputy Minister of Justice Agim Nuhiu.
President Stevo Pendarovski, Prime Minister Zoran Zaev and Deputy Prime Minister Artan Grubi have also been informed about the omissions. / MIA
