– Tonight we made our request as a government and it has been sent to the President. This morning there was a meeting and agreement of the Operational Headquarters of the MOI and the Army, and I expect during the day for the President, as Commander-in-Chief, to give a green light and that practically starting from tomorrow for it to fully function, said Minister of Defence Radmila Sekerinska, replying to a journalist question after the meeting with British Ambassador Rachel Galloway.

Today, November 25, marks International Day for Elimination of Violence Against Women and Gender-Based Violence, a day that has the purpose of raising awareness about the fact that women around the world are victims of rape, domestic violence and other forms of violence.
Minister of Education and Science Mila Carovska in a video address, on the occasion of marking 16 days of activism, said that we should constantly speak loudly about gender-based violence, and not only in the days while the campaign lasts.
According to the Law on Protection of the Population from Infectious Diseases, the inspectors in November have issued eight misdemeanour charges, 16 orders, 30 decisions and 39858 decisions for isolation of coronavirus infected persons and persons who had been in contact with an infected person, informed the President of the Inspection Council, Magdalena Filipovska-Graskoska, at today’s press conference.
Several days have passed since the start of the state of crisis in the country. Everything that is being done is based on an assessment, that is, based on what the Crisis headquarters will recommend, which is reviewed by the Steering Committee and approved by the Government, said today government spokesperson Dusko Arsovski.
Minister of Education and Science Mila Carovska today presented the citizens budget for 2021, projected at 23,1 billion deanrs. Carovska said that the development policies and efforts for creating an education that enables every child to achieve their full potential are clearly reflected in the new budget.
