MPs with 61 votes for and with no abstentions or against, decided to have the Proposal on amending the Rules of Procedures of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia considered in a shortened procedure, which is to enable MPs who are in isolation due to a positive Covid-19 test or due to having had contact with an infected person to be able to join the work of the Parliament online.
The Proposal, which anticipates for MPs with a positive test for Covid-19 and with a decision for isolation to be able to vote in plenary sessions and at sessions of parliamentary committees, was submitted by the President of the Parliament, Talat Xhaferi.
