Of the total number of new cases, half are in Skopje-207, Kumanovo -34, Veles – 26, Bitola -18, Kocani – 16, Kicevo – 15, Prilep -14, Tetovo, Gostivar and Kavadarci – 10, Radovish – 6, Shtip and Sveti Nikole – 5 , Strumica, Kriva Palanka, Kratovo and Makedonska Kamenica – 4, Struga, Gevgelia, Negotino and Vinica – 3, Valandovo – 2, Ohrid, Resen, Probishtip, Bogdanci, Krushevo and Makedonski Brod-1.
A total of 12 deaths have been registered: 6 are from Skopje (aged 73, 72, 67, 61, 49, 46), 2 from Kocani (aged 66, 63), one from Prilep (aged 80), Ohrid (aged 77), Kumanovo (aged 77) and Veles (aged 48). All died in hospital.
Additionally, according to the Register of Deaths with COVID-19 Diagnosis from MyTerm Termin, eight more deceased persons were reported, with a date of death from September 1 to October 8, 2021. Four are from Skopje and one each from Tetovo, Prilep, Kumanovo and Kocani, and are aged 36 to 93 years. Six of them died in hospital, and two at home.
A total of 459 patients have recovered: Skopje 266, Kumanovo – 36, Veles – 25, Prilep and Ohrid – 18, Bitola – 14, Shtip – 11, Kavadarci and Radovish –10, Kocani – 9, Kriva Palanka – 6, Tetovo, Sveti Nikole and Vinica – 5, Gevgelia – 4, Probishtip and Kratovo – 3, Gostiva, Kicevo and Struga -2, Negotino, Resen, Berovo, Bogdanci and Demir Kapija -1.
A total of 1 330 304 COVID-19 tests have been performed so far in the country. The total number of COVID-diagnosed patients in our country from the start of the epidemic is 195 542, the number of recovered patients is 182 078, of deceased persons 6875, and the number of active cases is 6589.
